Yes, America Charters offers sedans, mini vans, mid size buses and full size passenger coaches, not only to Fort Myers and Naples airports but to all Florida ports and Airports including Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, West Palm Beach, Orlando and Port Canaveral, as well as daily scheduled service to Port Everglades (Ft. Lauderdale) and Port Miami. 2. What type of individual service do you provide? America Charters provides charters. Local and Out of State, local shuttles, airport transfers, sightseeing tours, tour groups of all kinds, church, senior, school field trips, athletic trips, sporting events, weddings, corporate transportation, convention and hotel shuttles, as well as Disney, Seaworld, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios and all other Florida attractions and theme parks. 3. Can you handle a group of 100 or more? Yes, America Charters provides sedans, vans, mini coaches, and 47-55 passengers motor coaches and can accommodate any size group no matter how large or small. 4. Do you require deposits? Yes, America Charters requires 25 percent down with balance due 14 days prior to day of departure. 5. Are you licensed and insured? Yes, America Charters is fully licensed by the city, county and state, as well as the US DOT. We have always maintained a satisfactory rating with the US DOT. This is the highest rating available. America Charters also carries the required $5 million dollar liablilty insurance policy, as well as workmans comp insurance on all of our drivers. 6. How do you maintain your vehicles? America Charters operates the largest privately owned facility in the area. Fully equipped and staffed by experienced, trained professionals. 7. Does your company operate their own vehicles or will they be brokered out? America Charters owns their entire fleet of vehicles and seldom ever farm out work to other companies. 8. Do your drivers carry cell phones and GPS and does your company have a 24 hour phone number in case of emergency? Yes America Charters drivers carry cell phones and GPS as required. America Charters has always maintained 24 hour phone service not an answering service 365 days a year. 9. Who pays the drivers hotel room and parking charges at events or overnight trips? Drivers hotels rooms as well as parking charges at events and theme parks are paid by the customer. 10. Do you have local phone numbers for Naples and Punta Gorda?
